We Are Glad You’re Here

8:15am is our formal worship service, located in our Sanctuary, and includes traditional prayers, creeds, hymns,
led by clergy, less formal than the 10:45am, scripture-centered worship, and introspection.

9:00am is our contemporary worship service, located in Celebration Hall and focuses on community and authenticity. This service can be described as casual, seeker-friendly, and family oriented.

10:00am is our Sunday School hour.
Check out our Growth Groups below.

10:45am is our worship service that is formal but friendly, reverent but relevant, traditional but original. Worship at 10:45am includes traditional prayers, creeds, multiple scripture readings, a responsive Psalter, and hymns led by liturgically robed clergy, choir, and organ with a full opening processional.

Online - 10:45am is our livestream of our 10:45am traditional service. Check out our online sermons below.

Holy Communion is served in all three services on the first Sunday of each month. Gluten-free options are available in all services. Be sure to ask.

If it’s your first time as a student here at Wesley, we’d love to connect. We are currently looking for a Youth Pastor, but our Associate Director of Children & Youth, Victoria, would lo meet you and your family. Our programming is centered on Sunday nights for Wesley Students, but if for some reason we’re unable to connect on Sunday morning, we would love to still hear from you! Email Victoria at victoria@wesleyssi.org

Wesley is positioned on the north end of Saint Simons Island. The natural beauty of the area features majestic oak trees graced with beautiful Spanish moss, enhancing the architectural design of a church perfectly suited to its historic location. We are situated directly across from the Fort Frederica National Monument.”
