September 8, 2010: WNS Kicks off with youth testimonies from the Peru Mission trip, a special men's quartet from the staff, and a delicious meal prepared by the 4th of May in our own new kitchen! Fried chicken and fixin's are on the menu for this special event!

The Community supper and Mid-Week season closely follow the academic calendar.  Information about menus, programs, and activities are often found in the Sunday bulletin and in our Newsletter. Please feel free to call the church office for an updated listing of events.

Reservations Are Required

You may register several ways:

• Fill out the RSVP cards in the registration pads on Sunday and drop them in the offering plate.

• Call the church office at (912) 634-1412 to make your reservation. 

Remember, we prepare meals based on reservations, so it is vital that you RSVP. Standing reservations are gladly accepted for those planning to attend each week, but all reservation holders are asked to cancel if unable to attend. Those failing to cancel will be asked to honor their commitment. 

Cost for Meals

$ 7.00 per person 12 years and up (self-serve meals)

$ 4.00 per person 11 years to 4 years (pre-served meals)

Free for children 3 and under (pre-served meals)

4:15 pm - 5:00 pm  Women's Ensemble (Beginning 9/15/10) (Music Suite)

5:00 pm - 5:30 pm  Contemplative Worship / Holy Communion (Chapel)

5:00 pm - 5:30 pm  Children's Music Program (3 and 4 years) (Room 502)

5:30 pm - 6:00 pm  Children's Music Program (K - Grade 5) (Room 502)

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm  Wesley Ringers (Music Suite)

5:30 pm - 6:15 pm  Supper prepared by 4th of May in our own kitchen (Celebration Hall)

6:20 pm - 7:00 pm  Adult Study (Celebration Hall), Youth (Gholson Wing), Children's Studies (Children's Wing)

7:00 pm - 8:30 pm   Choir Rehearsal (Music Suite)

Our Senior Pastor, Rev. Dr. John E. Stephens will be leading the adult study.

All adult, youth, and children's studies are scheduled to conclude around 7:00 pm.
