Adult Classes

Adult Classes are labeled and numbered, and are located along the Gholson Education Wing.

This class is being offered as an opportunity for young adults to connect with other believers through fellowship and Bible study, while learning to apply God’s word to meet the challenges of our fast paced, busy lives. Whether you are single, engaged,  newly married, or married with children, we feel confident that this class will offer encouragement and support for your overall Spiritual growth.  Please join us for good a good cup of coffee, refreshments, and discussion!  (ages 25-40)

New Discoveries

This is a great group of adults who enjoy lessons on life applications, in depth study of the Bible, and discussion for spiritual growth. They have enjoyed several studies of spiritual growth together and have welcomed many new members to their class this year. Average age: 45

Seekers 

This group enjoys open Biblical discussion, laughter and offer love and encouragement to one another. Seekers are a great group of adults  that include both married and singles, which reach out in ministry to our members and community.

Agape

This class is comprised mostly of adults with adolescent and college age children. They welcome anyone to join their class who may enjoy sharing their thoughts in Biblical discussion.

This is the only class that begins at 9:15 am.

Wesleyan Heritage

This is a large group of active, enthusiastic Senior adults. The class was formed when the church was first organized. They enjoy fellowship with each other and Bible centered lessons, while celebrating our Wesleyan heritage here on St. Simons Island and around the world.  This class is taught by various teachers.  Average age:  70+
